Hello, my name is Erica. I’m a Product Designer with over 10 years of experience, working across both physical and digital products.

I started my career in product design, which gave me a strong foundation in research, user understanding, and thinking through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to delivery. Over the years, I’ve worked with multidisciplinary teams across different industries, always aiming to connect user needs with business goals in a practical and collaborative way.

More recently, I’ve been focusing on UX/UI design, especially in complex and data-driven environments like healthcare and enterprise systems. I enjoy working on products that require structure and clarity, helping simplify workflows, reduce errors, and support better decision-making.

Lately, I’ve been exploring how design connects with AI and automation, and how these technologies can improve processes and everyday experiences.
